PAPER FROM SUSTAINABLY MANAGED FORESTS

The consequences are often irreparable: desertification, destruction of natural habitats, loss of biodiversity.

The choices we make have a weight, for the planet and for people. For this reason, for years now, we have adopted green solutions for our cases and leaflets, aware that it is possible to obtain the materials necessary for their production without having to damage the environment.

We use paper and cardboard produced from wood from forests managed in a sustainable manner according to strict environmental, social and economic standards. Furthermore, our packaging is fully recyclable.

I'M GREEN

Did you know that 70% of the waste in the cosmetic industry comes from packaging?

Many companies favor the aesthetic aspect of their packaging, using sophisticated materials that make it difficult if not impossible to recover them through recycling.

The consequences of all this are obvious: full landfills, dirty and polluted oceans, seas, rivers, lakes and beaches.

We are all responsible for what happens to our planet.

For this reason, for years we have chosen to start a green revolution for our packaging, using ecological materials and from controlled sources for our boxes, tubes and bottles.

For our products, we use I’m green tubes and bottles, made with bioplastics obtained from the processing of sugar cane, a renewable and non-polluting raw material from sustainable crops.

SINGLE-DOSE IN BIOPLASTIC

MARINE ECOSYSTEM

Microplastics are an insidious enemy for the oceans: these particles are so minute that filter systems cannot intercept them. Thus they end up in the waters of rivers and then in the ocean, where fish and other animals, mistaking them for food, ingest them. Through them, along the food chain, the plastic we have dispersed returns to us, on our tables. The issue of microplastics, therefore, concerns us all closely because it involves the environment, animals and even human health.

Our daily commitment goes in the direction of protecting and respecting the marine ecosystem and the creatures that populate it, threatened by human activities. This is why there are no microplastics in the formulation of our products.

In addition, we follow the standard of the Hawaii treaty which is intended to safeguard corals. The splendor of the coral reef is endangered by the use of some UV filters, oxybenzone and octinoxate, chemical components of numerous sunscreens on the market, capable of causing coral bleaching and their death, when present in high concentration.

None of our products contain these ingredients that are harmful to the marine ecosystem. We care about the extraordinary beauty of nature.

VEGAN LIFESTYLE

The Vegan Lifestyle is an integral part of the philosophy behind our project. Veganism for us is a precise ethical choice, linked to respect for nature and the idea that everything that makes us feel good can come from it.

With this in mind, we undertake not to harm animals of any species in any way.

This is why our food supplements are formulated with ingredients from the plant world, enriched with vitamins and minerals, and absolutely 100% NON ANIMAL.

Nickel Safe

The goal of our work is to promote the health of people, men and women. Health that passes through the skin.

Sensitive skin is known to be easily reactive and nickel is one of the metals that trigger allergic reactions.

For this reason it is important to use NICKEL SAFE formulated cosmetic products and GD products are: they are made with certified nickel-free raw materials and are tested specifically at the end of each production and at the end of packaging, so as to exclude any contamination in the different phases. In this way we guarantee the consumer maximum skin tolerability.

The tests are carried out in external laboratories on each production lot by ICP / MS and the products are distributed only when the quantity of nickel detected is less than 0.0001%.

GLUTEN FREE AND LACTOSE FREE

All our supplements are gluten-free formulated to be used even by those who, due to intolerance, allergy or even by choice, cannot take gluten. At the same time, they are also lactose free.

And we say this in full conscience because the ingredients chosen are certified and, once the batch is finished, GD also carries out specific tests to exclude the possibility of contamination in the production laboratories.

When the compliance results are released, the product arrives on the pharmacy shelves. This happens for each production batch and for each GD supplement.

CRUELTY FREE

All our products are tested in specialized university centers, only and only on groups of volunteers who are enrolled by the center itself. These are tests necessary to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our formulations.

The animal world must be safeguarded and we do our part. Our products are absolutely Cruelty Free, they have been since 1968 and we continue, even today, to keep true to the commitment made back then.
